Free Champagne

This morning Mr Bertie took his car to Audi to get some new tyres fitted and, because of the machine being broken causing a delay of over an hour, they gave him a brand new shiny courtesy car to drive whilst they sort the machine out and fix his tyres.  They also gave him a bottle of Lanson champagne for his inconvenience. He came home all excited and was walking round cuddling the bottle of champagne for about ten minutes haha, it doesn't take much to please him :) That means we now have two bottles of champagne that need drinking (I still have one left over from my birthday in October) and seeing as we are going out tonight I may partake in a little bit of champagne drinking to get me warmed up...

Dress from BooHoo, Shoes from Barratts

We are off to a 30th birthday party at a bar in town, I don't know too many people (it is Mr Bertie's friend) but I really hope there is someone there who will have a boogie with me (Mr Bertie does NOT dance) as I get bored just drinking. I might just dance on my own like nobody is watching, I said that I would do that more this year, remember that post?

Have a good Saturday night everyone

PS I am sure this outfit is appropriate given that it currently looks like this outside (I am hardcore);

    1. Thanks Silver, we didn't manage to drink the champagne (we got really rushed as we hadn't made dinner early enough, doh) so we made up for it with lots of cocktails during the party, it was fun. I danced a bit, but I didn't really know anyone so felt silly hijacking their little dancing groups lol.

  14. Woohoo free champagne! Who doesn't love that?!

    I hope you had fun at the party - you'd better have danced. I love to dance so am always happy to find other people to boogie with.

    Terra Nova sounds interesting! Did you ever watch Lost? I got really into that for a while then missed a few episodes and couldn't understand what was going on when I started watching again so lost interest!!

    Sounds like you had a wonderful first day and night in your new place.

    1. I know, anything free is good but free champagne even better hehe. I got your message about the copy and paste at the bottom, don't worry I have done it before lol. Even though the message is not for me I wanted to respond (yes I am weird) I haven't watched Lost no (lol) it made me smile, thanks :)
