Widening my Shopping Horizons

Skirt from Internacionale Girls Section, Top from Phase Eight, Tights from Wallis, Boots from Dorothy Perkins, Jacket from New Look, Necklace from Primark

Firstly, can I just say how much I love this top, 100% silk, perfect for layering under my winter outfits and also it will be a great piece for when the warm weather arrives! I got it in the Phase Eight sale when it was reduced down from £59 to just £10 (before the shopping ban may I add, lol). I popped it into my basket and then found out they were having a 10% off sale items and free delivery offer, even better the top now just cost me £9 with free delivery! Made me a very happy bunny. I also got this top below, reduced down from £39 to £29 (this too had 10% off, making it just £26.10) I can't wait to wear it to work with a pencil skirt but I am sure it would look equally as good with jeans or a skater skirt, a very adaptable and pretty top (I love the print and flattering slight ruched effect at the waist)

Phase Eight isn't somewhere I would have ever even considered shopping at until I saw Laura's post about her Phase Eight wishlist (and in particular this heart dress).  I followed the links and decided to do a bit of sale browsing and came across these two lovelies, don't you just love reading blogs for widening your shopping horizons?  I do but I think my bank balance most certainly does not haha.  Is Phase Eight already on your 'shopping radar' or somewhere you hadn't considered before, like me? Also are there any other shops you wouldn't have considered before seeing it featured on someone elses blog? Send me links, I love to find new places to shop. Although at the moment it will be just window shopping, expect to see a few 'wishlist style' blog posts from me over the coming weeks!

Remember, there are just 3 days left to enter my giveaway to win an InLoveWithFashion dress. Make sure you enter and send the link to anyone you think may want to win this dress. I have included the entry form below again to make it easy for you to enter, good luck!

As an avid window shopper, I love all the shops I've been introduced to through my blogiverse travels, though I have been known to become a wee bit more then a window shopper.....shh, don't tell! ;-)

    1. Seems like we all spend more since starting to read blogs and have our own blogs. Ah well, shopping is never a bad thing. Glad you like the tops, I like that you know what is my 'typical' style now, made me smile :)

  4. Love this! Well I would never have thought to look there either, it's always one of those shops I just walk past and have never even ventured in there! I'm trying to keepp it cheap and cheerful, I never used to go in Select or Internacionale before but I think you can find some proper bargains in there. And I always have a look in the kids section if there is one haha

    1. I was the same with Internacionale and I love a quick browse in there now, especially the kids section :) I like to keep things cheap and it is one of the reasons I hadn't thought of Phase Eight but with the sale there are some amazingly cheap pieces and even not in the sale the items are quite good value as they are very well made and will last and last I think.

    1. ???????? You asked me this before and we are already following each other (well I am following you after you suggested this the last time)

I think maybe you need to think about where you post this as I have also seen this exact same phrase from you all over blogs I am following. I understand you are trying to gain readers etc and there is nothing wrong with that, but it can come across a bit rude if you have already asked someone this, if you can't remember their blog then you can't have much interest in it. Again, sorry if that comes across rude but I follow people to read and enjoy their blogs. I don't mean to cause offence but I was actually a confused by this comment.

  11. I adore the colours of your top - they complement each other really well and you look fab in this outfit! Also, your hair colour is gorgeous - I tried colouring mine a similar shade, but it turned out a little yellow :( Do you have any tips&tricks?

    Lots of love,

    1. Thanks so much Sabina. I use Schwarzkopf purple shampoo (colour save) and it really tones down any yellow or brassiness :)
